The GUTRUNNERS™ Foundation is a charitable organization dedicated to improving digestive health in the community. We develop educational programs and activities that communicate our core belief that nutrition and exercise are crucial to achieving and maintaining good digestive health. Our commitment to nutrition and exercise as powerful tools in disease prevention gives our organization a unique and important focus.GUTRUNNERS™ organizes road races at gastroenterology meetings throughout the year, including Digestive Disease Week (DDW) and the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG). We encourage participation in the races by healthcare providers as well as the communities hosting the meetings.
GUTRUNNERS™ was founded in 2009 by Dr. Robynne Chutkan with the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE) as the founding sponsor.

Complimentary round-trip transportation to and from the Peabody will be provided. Buses will leave the Peabody from the convention entrance transportation loop at 6:15am and 6:30am and return to the hotel immediately after the race. If you will be driving to the race, the address for Turkey Lake Park is: 3401 S. Hiawassee Rd. Orlando, FL 32835. Approximately 6 miles from the Peabody Hotel.
